More reasons to love Nashville! My family and I made our annual trip down to Nashville to visit friends and attend a wedding this year and every year we see or do something new. This year my friend Donna was determined that she was returning to the The Escape Game Nashville because this time she was getting out and this would be our new adventure on our visit. We signed up for the Underground Playground Room in the Escape Game. Donna assured me it was an easy level game and we could surely escape.
Upon arrival the concept was explained and we were taken to the room. There were 12 of us in the room and we had to work together to solve clues to punch codes in keypads and complete tasks in one hour or less to “escape” the room. This may have been considered an easy level room but the brain power I had to use to solve puzzles and the adrenaline from watching a clock countdown is intense! My kids seemed to solve puzzles much faster than me and I was proud of the team work they showed with other guests in the room. If you cannot fill the 12 spots with your own team then the room is filled with other guests.
Clock was counting down and Donna was getting fired up that she had to beat this game and escape. Then boom! We figured out the last thing punched the code to exit the room and we escaped with 1 minute and 5 seconds left! There was lots of cheering, clapping, hugs and smiles all around. PLUS we got the rights to buy a t shirt that said we escaped and have our picture taken. So much fun! My kids are determined to go back and so am I!
