I am going to rate this as SUPER EASY to make! This a great summer treat that you can make at home even with young children. I also thought you could buy mini graham cracker pre made pie shells and everyone can make there own! For my version of this recipe I used Key Lime Yogurt and Strawberries.
1 tub (8oz) light whipped topping, thawed
2 containers (6 oz each) low fat yogurt (use your favorite flavor; suggestions: vanilla, chocolate, lemon, lime, orange, banana)
1 ready to use graham cracker crust (or try the minis and make individual delights!)
2 cups fresh fruit (suggestions: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peaches)
Whisk whipped topping and yogurt in a medium bowl until blended.
Mix in 1 and 1/2 cups of the fresh fruit, Spoon into the prepared crust. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving and let stand at room temperature to slightly soften.
Top with additional 1/2 cup of the fresh fruit you reserved before serving.
