Traveling to Columbus? Live in Columbus and need an activity complete with retro arcade games, board games, pizza and craft beer? Check out Brewcadia. Brewcadia is located in downtown Columbus just above Barley’s Brewing and a street over from the North Market near the Columbus Convention Center. There is ample meter parking on the streets and most meters now take credit cards.
Brewcadia is a step back in time. Great retro arcade games that are on free play for anyone to enjoy. Brewcadia offers a simple pizza menu and a vast and complex craft beer selection. While at the arcade I played skeeball, Ms. Pacman and Centipede. Centipede was the great find of the night! I used play it all the time in middle school at the local theater. I was #3 of the top scorers back in the day. I seem to have lost my skills over the years! I would like to mention that I still rock it at Ms. Pacman and yell at the screen.
Brewcadia also offered some pizza samplings during my visit, thin crust, great toppings and of course a craft beer to wash it all down. I enjoyed brews from North High Brewing and Seventh Son.
It was the picture perfect evening and I left with a smile on my face content with memories of my younger days.
